By accessing or using MeshTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

1. User Conduct and Responsibilities

MeshTalk is designed for global and local communication. You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit.

  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious software.

  • Impersonating other individuals or entities.

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security features or blocking mechanisms.

2. Moderation, Blocking, and Bans

We reserve the right to monitor platform activity and take action against violations.

  • User Blocking: You may use the in-app tools to block other users.

  • Platform Bans: We reserve the right to terminate your session, restrict your access, or permanently ban you from MeshTalk at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

  • Ban Enforcement: As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we track and store IP addresses to enforce platform bans. Attempting to circumvent a ban by using a VPN, proxy, or alternative network may result in further action.

3. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We do not tolerate illegal activity on MeshTalk. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose your IP address, location, and usage data to legal authorities without notifying you, in response to lawful requests or in situations involving immediate threats to physical safety or suspected illegal conduct.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • “As Is” Service:MeshTalk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • User-Generated Content: We are not responsible for the content, actions, or behavior of other users on the platform. You interact with others at your own risk.

  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshTalk and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of MeshTalk following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
